How to Request Account Deletion

At Sajilo Attendance, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, follow the steps below:

Steps to Delete Your Account:

1. Open the Sajilo Attendance App and log in to your account.
2. Go to Profile tab > Settings.
3. Click on Delete Account and confirm your request.
4. Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted after verification.

Alternatively, you can send a deletion request via email:
📧 Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email and phone number for verification.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Once your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
✔ Personal information (name, email, phone number, profile details)
✔ Biometric login data (if enabled)
✔ Attendance records (check-ins, check-outs, requests)
✔ Leave requests and approvals
✔ Notifications and announcements received

What Data May Be Retained?

Some data may be retained for legal or business purposes, including:
✔ Aggregated, non-personal analytics data
✔ Records required for compliance with labor laws or company policies (as applicable)
✔ Any data required to fulfill contractual obligations with employers
